In March’s PartnerHub Post we let you know about a pilot, as part of the recommendations within CCWs affordability review, we had conducted that examined that ‘all water companies should operate a simple application process that covers all support schemes’.

Following the release of the result of our pilot, on the 16th of March, carried out by Blue Marble. We are pleased to provide the reports for you to view in our resources section. There are two reports: one is the Industry report - Wessex Water Support Schemes Pilot Feb 22; and the other is Wessex Water report - Wessex Water Support Schemes Pilot Feb 22.

We are already putting into action some of the recommendations suggested to Wessex Water and we will update you in the next PartnerHub post on our progress.
