We have partnered with SignLive to provide new ways for customers who use British Sign Language (BSL) to contact our teams.
If you, or your clients, use British Sign Language (BSL), you will be able to contact us using a Video Relay Service provided by SignLive from the end of October.
SignLive is a free service that will connect to a qualified online BSL interpreter. The interpreter will relay the conversation between you and a member of our teams.
It can also be used for face-to-face conversations with staff if they need to visit a customer's home who used BSL.
To use this service, the SignLive app can be downloaded on a mobile device or access SignLive online at SignLive.
