Since June 2024, our Outreach Coordinators have been making a real difference by bringing customer service directly to communities across our water supply region. Initially launched with two dedicated coordinators, the programme has now grown to include a third team member—ensuring full coverage across our customer area in partnership with Bristol Water and Bournemouth Water.
These regular drop-in sessions offer face-to-face contact with a customer service adviser at a variety of accessible locations. Whether your clients have a question about their bill or need advice on water usage, our Outreach Coordinators are here to help.
At each session, our advisers can:
- Answer questions about the bill.
- Refer customers for support if they are struggling to pay.
- Provide tips on saving water and avoiding blockages.
- Help with queries about water quality, plumbing, and drainage.
These sessions are designed to make it easier for customers to get the help they need, right in the local community.
